We accept referrals for clients currently residing in the Havering area. Upon receiving the referral form and a completed RIC, clients will be offered an initial assessment.  Please note that there may be a short wait for  the assessment to be completed.

Standard to Moderate Risk Clients: We provide support services for clients who fall within the standard to moderate risk categories.

High-Risk Clients: We do not accept high-risk clients for our services. For high-risk cases, please refer them to MARAC to ensure the client receives the appropriate level of support.

Freedom Course: Runs in April and September only. Due to high demand  placement on the next course cannot be guaranteed.

Doing Our Best Course: Runs once a year due to limited funding placement on the next course cannot be guaranteed.

It is the referrer’s responsibility to follow up and check if the client is engaging with our service.

As a voluntary charity, participation is entirely the client’s choice, and we respect their decision if they choose not to engage.
